And I mean this in many ways... lash artists, this one is for you.
Lashes can trick you! So I'm going to teach you a trick in return.
*picture this*
You're lashing away, its a normal set... everything looks good. Your lashes are all in the same direction, you've been using the right amount of glue, and your cure time is on point.
STOP RIGHT THERE
Here's where you get tricked...
You take a glance from the side... thats right TURN YOUR HEAD!
What do you see?
This is the same lash people... yo ass just got lash tricked.
You see that little space there? That's a breeding ground for debris, makeup (ugh), and oils!
Once those elements creep up into that space, that lash will just POP right off!
So what can you do to avoid this?
1. You may need to angle your hand a bit more. If you are using D curl for example on someone who has naturally very straight lashes, and you apply the lash extension FLAT, you will get this issue. Angle your hand towards you a bit more and make sure you are getting 100% contact with the end of your extension on your NL. Even press down so you can see you got that contact.

2. To make sure, periodically check your work along the way. Take little breaks and hang your head on the side to make sure you're applying your extensions appropriately.
