Re-Opening & Safety Protocol Updates

Thank you for your continued patience and co-operation with That Lash Girl during the COVID-19 closure.

As per the Ministry of Health and Government Officials, re-opening our services begins Friday, July 31st 2020. That Lash Girl is excited to re-open and service you again!

Strict regulations are being implemented to ensure the health and safety of each client. In addition to the existing protocols, TLG has put in place extra protocols for yours and the safety of others that will include:

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.


  • Disposable masks must be worn by all clients. We ask that you bring your own mask and wear it to help protect yourself and other clients.


  • That Lash Girl will continue to wear a N95 medical grade mask during your appointment.


  • I will require that all clients use provided hand sanitizer/ and or wash their hands before entering the lash room.


  • Please do not bring friends or family members with you during your lash appointment.


  • If you arrive early please kindly wait outside the front door until asked to come in.


  • Each client prior to their appointment will receive a pre- screening questionnaire pertaining to your health which will identify if you are eligible to proceed with your scheduled appointment.


  • No blankets will be provided for the safety of all clients, so please dress warmly or bring a sweater.


  • Handles, surfaces and all equipment used throughout the day will be regularly disinfected with 99% and 70% medical grade alcohol.


  • The lash bed will be sanitized between each client and replaced with disposable linens.


  • Your temperature will be taken at the door before you enter.


  • Your belongings must go in the designated container as well as your phone.
